Another Garden Visitor

We were sitting on the front veranda the other evening when we heard this amazing bird song. Looking up was a bird we’d not seen in the garden before – a Spiny-cheeked Honeyeater. Of course this warranted getting a camera and taking a few shots.

A Spiny-cheeked Honeyeater, Acanthagenys rufogularis, singing his heart out. Olympus OMD EM 1 mk ii with Panasonic Leica 100-400mm lens.
